Returns & Refunds

Our policy on returns, refunds, and what to do if something's not right.

Our guarantee

Every Dear Atlas print is made to order, so we can't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from the preview shown at checkout, we'll reprint or refund it — no questions asked.

Damaged or faulty prints

If your print arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free reprint or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Wrong order

Received the wrong print? Contact us with your order ID and a photo, and we'll send the correct print immediately at no cost.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@dearatlas.studio with your order ID, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We aim to respond within 24 hours on weekdays and resolve most issues within 48 hours.
