What you can and can't change after placing your order.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Because our prints go into production quickly, we have a very short window for changes. If you contact us within 1 hour of ordering, we'll do our best to accommodate changes to style, size, or material. After that, production may have already begun.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 1 hour of ordering for a full refund. After that, if production hasn't started, we'll refund you minus a small admin fee. Once production has begun, cancellation isn't possible.
I made a typo in my title
Contact us immediately at hello@dearatlas.studio with your order ID. If we catch it before production, we'll fix it at no charge.
